Laser and Light Science and Technology Association – project “Professional training in High-Technology companies“ (2009-2012)
ERC was responsible for the administration of EU grant for the project, amounting to 2,9 million Litas. Total value of the project - 4,5 million Litas.

The project received funding under EU SF Human Resources Development Programme (1 st priority „Quality employment and social inclusion“; mean „Human resource development in enterprises“). Amount of funding is 694,2 thous. LTL. Total cost of the project is 991,7 thous. LTL.
UAB “Šilutės durpės” - project "Modernization and development of the peat substrates production" (2008-2011)
ERC prepared business plan as well as application for the financing of EU Structural Funds. In 2008 UAB “Šilutės durpės” received EU SF financial support for it‘s project "Modernization and development of the peat substrates production". Amount of SF funding received - 4,1 million LTL, total value of the project - 11,9 million LTL.
Light Conversion, Ltd. - project “Lasers for ophthalmological surgery” (2009-2012)
ERC prepared business plan as well as application for the financing of EU Structural Funds. In 2009 LIght Conversion, Ltd. (UAB MGF “Šviesos konversija”) received EU structural fund financial support for it’s project “Lasers for ophthalmological surgery”. Amount of SF funding – 1,2 million LTL, total value of the project – 2,7 million LTL.
Religious Communities of Lithuania - Evaluation of Project Funding Possibilities (Vilnius, 2010)
The project was aimed at identifying possible funding sources for renovation of various sacred objects and establishment of pilgrimage tourism centre. During the implementation of the project list of potential EU Structural Funds programmes was developed; conclusions and recommendations regarding eligibility, priorities and next steps to be taken in order to attract funding for the projects of religious communities from external sources were prepared.
Central Asia Market Report (Vilnius, 2010)
The market report includes systematized information from various sources about socio-economic situation and development trends, as well as the business environment in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The report was prepared according to the customer needs to carry out a primary appraisal of the business and investment potential of Central Asian countries, as well as identify new business opportunities in the region and the risks associated with them. Sources of information identified during the preparation of the report will be used for future monitoring of the situation in Central Asia, and developed framework for statistical indicators that can be used for further retrospective analysis.
Feasibility study “Adaptation of 112 emergency number to the needs of Deaf People” (Vilnius, 2010)
Feasibility study was carried out as a part of the project “Possibilities of adaptation of the emergency number 112 to the Deaf: Lithuanian and Norwegian experience (“Deaf Access 112”) funded under the block grant “Transfer of experience and strengthening of cooperation among local, regional and euroregional partners in Lithuania and Norway” of Norway Financial Mechanism. Main goal of the project – to adapt single emergency call number 112 services to Deaf People Community and to capacitate those people to use number 112 to as accessible extent as it is available to hearing people. The feasibility study encompasses the following issues: (1) analysis of emergency services accessibility for deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired people in Lithuania and foreign countries; (2) identification of technical alternatives of emergency services access provision for deaf people, description of these alternatives and assessment according to selected criteria (financial criteria including); (3) choice of an optimal alternative and its detailed description; (4) designing of detailed plan of project’s implementation and description of needed organizational structure. The study was prepared in close cooperation with Lithuanian Deaf People Association, Vilnius Deaf People Rehabilitation Centre, Lithuanian 112 Emergency Response Centre, and other institutions.
Lithuanian Neighbouring Rights Association (AGATA) - Evaluation of Project Funding Possibilities (Vilnius, 2010)
The project was aimed at identifying possible funding sources for the establishment and activities of AGATA‘s Information Centre. During the implementation of the project list of potential funding sources including funds and programmes of Lithuania, ES and other foreign countries was developed; conclusions and recommendations regarding eligibility, priorities and next steps to be taken in order to attract funding for AGATA‘s projects from external sources were prepared.
Application for EU Structural Funds for implementation of the project „Development of Panevėžys Center of Social Services“ (Vilnius, 2009)
Application has been prepared seeking for financial support according to Cohesion Promotion Programme (2-nd priority „Quality and Accessibility of Public Services“, mean VP3.2.4-SADM-01-R). Support was allocated in 2009.
