AB ”Vingriai“ debt restructuring advisors (2004)
ERC provided consultations to AB “Vingriai” on debt (8 million LTL) restructuring (write-off) issues, prepared company’s debt restructuring project that was submitted to creditors (State Tax Inspectorate and State Social Insurance Fund Board) and to Competition Council of Lithuania.

ERC advised UAB MGF „Šviesos konversija“ in the process of preparation of application and related documents for the financing via PHARE programme (2004)

UAB “Girių bizonas“ – project "Establishment of new timber processing factory" (2004)
ERC prepared investment project as well as application for the financing of EU Structural Funds. In 2006 UAB “Girių bizonas” received EU SF financial support for it’s investment project (establishment of new timber processing factory) according to the Lithuania’s 2004–2006 SPD. Amount of SF funding received – 45,69 million LTL, total value of the project – 168 million LTL.

UAB “Sadovalis” – Reconstruction of SPA complex and hotel "Linelis" in Plungė region (2004)
ERC prepared investment project as well as application for the financing of PHARE programme for UAB “Sadovalis” that is managing and reconstructing hotel „Linelis“ in Plungės region.

UAB “Natūrali oda” - project "New leather processing facilities" (2004)
ERC prepared investment project as well as application for the financing of EU Structural Funds. In 2006 UAB “Natūrali oda” received EU SF financial support for it’s investment project according to the Lithuania’s 2004–2006 SPD. Amount of SF funding received – 6,1 million LTL, total value of the project - 14,6 million LTL.

UAB “Utenos mėsos centras” - modernization of slaughtering and meat processing facilities (2002)
ERC consultants independently prepared meat processing company’s UAB “Utenos mėsos centras” modernization project for application for SAPARD funding (including preparation of application, business plan and coordination / control of other required documents’ preparation and collection). Project value – 9,8 million EUR., amount of SAPARD funding – 4,5 million EUR. National Payment’s Agency approved whole amount of SAPARD funding in June 2003.

UAB „Agrovet“ – Modernisaton of slaughtering and meat processing facilities (2002)
ERC together with “Baltic Agro-business institute” participated in the meat processing company’s UAB “Agrovet” modernization project for application for SAPARD funding. ERC prepared business plan for the project. Project value – 4,2 million EUR, amount of SAPARD funding – 1,9 million EUR. National Payment’s Agency has approved whole amount of SAPARD funding in the beginning of 2003.
